NSCMID Membership Discount
NSCMID members are eligible for reduced registration fees for the annual meeting.
If you are not yet a member, you can apply through the NSCMID website. Other than the reduced registration fee, the membership offers access to benefits such as grants & networking opportunities.

Danish VAT: The registration fees are VAT exempt. The conference dinner ticket is included 25% VAT.

Accommodation at Scandic Copenhagen
A number of rooms have been pre-booked at Scandic Copenhagen (the conference venue) for NSCMID 2026 participants at a special discounted rate.

The discount code is valid only for stays on 27, 28, and 29 August 2026.
If you wish to extend your stay beyond these dates, please make a separate booking without the discount code for the additional nights. After completing your bookings, kindly contact the hotel reception at copenhagen@scandichotels.com to request that the same room be allocated for the entire duration of your stay.
We recommend booking early, as availability is limited.
